Allison Winter is the Director of Speech and Debate at The Frazer School. She began her journey in the activity as a competitor, competing in nearly every event and earning numerous state and national titles. She later transitioned into coaching, serving as a coach for the Tallahassee State College and University of Florida speech and debate teams. She earned her Masters Degree in Political Science while coaching and continues to love the activity and working with students to help them succeed at the highest levels.
